Its not a decicion, the case will be heard by the judge, the lawyers will try to argue that the retrospective introduction is unlawful, then the judge will set out a day to give his/her decicion, could be immediate, could be in a months time, no one knows. Keep visiting vbsi site, the new date will ...

aprilhsmp, if you come in through Heathrow, you will be asked to produce your chest xray, if you dont have it, you will have to take one in the airport, you may meet a queue, thus creating delays for you, Gatwick is not particular, they wont ask you for it.
Congrats.

SYH, even when you need 1 yr, they give you a standard 3yr extension now. The issue is the timing, not the number of yrs needed. You need to convince the caseworker why you need the extensiion now instead of the standard 5weeks to expiration. I ha 1+3 originally, so i woulld have needed another plus...

Jillsjack, you need to have a valid reason for doing so, the case worker is given the discretion. I got a three year extension when i had two years to go in my visa, this was before the new law came out. I was then in the process of buying a house, the lender wrote me that they will not approve beca...

The news of the court overturning the deportation notice given by Home Office to an HSMP holder granting his legitimate expectation is indeed good news. I am happy for the HSMP Visa Holder and his family who would have faced stressful times earlier. As in his case he was in the first FLR stage, thi...

SSI, Isnt it possible for a link to be created on the VBSI site where we can make donations online with our credit cards (Like that of HSMP Forum).
Many people who dont operate online banking may not find the time to go into a branch to make the payment.
What do you think?
