if they have lost their licence, u dont have a visa then as it becomes invalid. U need to make sure that ur employer applies for licence ASAP. depending on how long it has been that the licence has expired.. if it has been only few days/weeks, then probabaly it can renewed quicker, otherwise , expec...

this is actually a tricky one. i am not sure if she needs to hand in her biometric card with her application. what she can do is take it with her and tell them if they need it .
she will then be issued with visa sticker on her passport as the new dependent visa which will be used for entry into uk

your new prospective employer needs to issue u a new COS and u need to apply a new visa just like u did before, for both, ur wife and ur self.
Ur previous visa will be cancelled. u do not need any NOC from current employer.

I will say having been through a similar situtation, make a contract and get it signed from landlord previously dated.
also attach the NOC from landlord
and attach bank statement, and u should be fine.
It is aceptable to live in shared accomodation with ur partner.

If you qualify for set(o) in march, then i will recomend that u should wait and stay on this visa. If it is march 2014 that u run out of ur current visa then u might be better off changing ur visa to ur wife and then go on to apply for ILR. However, if u change to ur wife visa, then u will have to w...

yes these docs which u have mentioned, ie,driving licence, tenancy agreement etc, would be etra helpful in getting ur decision quick.. considering the circumstances that u have been here for long and what the situtation is in IRan, i think its worth asking some solicitor if u can apply in country. t...

i would think there is no problem in holding 2 COS at same time but u can only apply for one.
It is same as if u have 2 CAS at the same time from diferent uni but obviously u will get visa for the CAS for the uni that u are going to attend.

yes, she has to go back to apply for dependent visa, 90% of the cases are determined with 3 weeks. I would recomend to ask for a solicitor if she can apply in country because of these different circumstances (iranian embassy closed in iran). Depends about the docs.. what is ur naitonality? she would...

1. yes
2. No, dependents can be out for longer with valid reason, like child birth, illness, etc.
3. rules might change but information is correct as it stands today.

I would think that to make a switch into tier 2, you need to have a SOC code reflecting to a job which is at least NVQ 6 to start with.
The salary and other things are to be discussed later.

it can be either your or her bank statement for 600 for 3 months.
remember when u send her ur statement and the time when she applies, the statement should not be more than 28 ddays old on the day of applying..
this is critical.

You should print off the statement and ask the bank to stamp it. They do this everyday.. if they refuse, try some other branch.. they can be cocky at times.. the hours are fine, rather better, as ur pay would eventually be considered more than 20700.. however, do check ur pay against ur SOC code tha...

my personal advise will be that u start preparing for the enterprnr visa, start maintaining a bank statement. I personally think that in your case, first you will have to change your empoyer and sponsorship, and then once the october time is here, then ask them to give you a letter confirming that your services are stil required and then apply for ILR. It is important to know that while applying for ILR, u ...

The balance should not drop below 900 even for a day and even by a pound, otherwise the appication is rejected.
However, you can ask them to certify that they will sponsor your maintiance if ever required. This is done while assigning the COS and by checking on one of the options towards the end.

they can go to greece and would be asked if they plan to go to belguim or not? if not and if their visa is not long enough that they can argue that they plan to go there later, they might be refused at the airport.
