My settlement BRP is valid until 2022.
Does this mean I have to apply for BRP again after 10 years?
Or do I need to just get a new BRP card with a new picture?

I thought the "Indefinite Leave to Remain" is valid for ever?

There is no timeline for november I think. But you can create one so everyone post thier timeline there. I beleive there are a few poeple who applied in november who are registered on this site.

It is such pain...waiting...Its been 4 months now.
Can't go anywhere cause I don't hv my passport.

I am thinking of calling UKBA after 5months.

I have heard some very good news from some of guys. Congrats to them all. Wish you all luck.

Can anyone tell me what is the name of the delivery company which delivers all the document? :roll:

I think approval letter comes in normal 2nd class royal mail post.
BRP and, passport & other documents comes seperately.

Even August applicants are receiving thier BRP now who are SET(M). I wonder why SET(O) applications are taking so long. Check with the delivery company if they have submitted the passport. It should be a recorded delivery so your passport shouldn't get lost. My daughter applied for ILR in March 2011. When she call the Home Office they said they sent back her passport in July 2011 but she hasn't received it. They wont...

I agree with you. A thousand pound is a ridiculous fee. This is usually people's three months savings. What I don't understand is that if the premium service takes couple of hours, how come postal service take 6 months??!!
