Overall i am satisfied with the service from Home office since they completed and returned my passport in 4 months time that is well...

The past 2-3 weeks have been relatively slow .. havent seen too many people getting their passports back....I wonder why...
i sent an email to my MP following the advice from the forum but never heard from him, its been a week.
