Thanks for the replies. We sent the email to LiverpoolEuro.PassportReturns@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. Is that the right address? Also what is an ROD and where can we find it?

Hi everyone, I thought we would share our timeline for RC application and request some advice in the process! My son and I are EEA nationals and we have made an application for my nonEEA husband based on me exercising treaty rights through me being employed here in the UK. Our timeline to date is as...

Thanks for the info Sheraz7. Does it need to be a certified translation? Can anyone recommend a company to do the translation?

I believe the marriage certificate and child birth certificate should be more than sufficient for proving relationship and eea partner treaty rights evidences are also very reasonable for making eea2. seems like an easy case. make sure to translate marriage certificate into english if it is not in ...

Entry stamp

Dear Gurus, My husband is currently completing his application form for EEA2 (he is non eea currently in UK on EEA FP). One of the questions asks what date he last entered the UK. We are a bit unsure what date to give as when he initially entered the UK on his EEA FP his passport was date stamped by...

Thanks Frei. Unfortunately we are still awaiting his residence card and it is unlikely we will have it in time for our trip.

Re: Provisional Driving Licence with EEA FP?

Thanks Guru. Just wondering what the implications of requesting the passports back? Do we then need to send it in again for the RC to be inserted? Does this slow up the application? We are hoping to travel in August so hoping to have the passport the RC back by then and don't want anything to slow ...

Re: Provisional Driving Licence with EEA FP?

We are trying to come up with a solution to him not having any photo ID while his passport is sent off with his RC application. In the RC application, you should request the immediate return of the passports and supporting documents. Then he will only be missing the passport for a few weeks. Thanks...

Thanks Gledow. Can you tell me how long it took from when your wife sent her driver's licence application to when she received it? We haven't sent our RC application yet so we still have passport but hoping to send it in the next couple of weeks. It would be great if we could get the driver's licenc...

Thanks for all the useful information and suggestions. I will definitely get certified copies of his passport and...

We are trying to come up with a solution to him not having any photo ID while his passport is sent off with his RC application. I have looked up the...

I have a similar query. My husband has recently joined me in the uk on an EEA family permit. He is looking for work but as yet has been unsuccessful. We have not yet applied for his RC but are planning to do so after Christmas. Can he claim job seekers allowance now prior to applying for RC?
