I'm helping my sister, her husband and my nephew to apply for visitor's visa to visit me in the UK. Is it right that my sister has to apply as a family visitor. try 08706067766 and follow instructions I think its option 4 and then 2 not sure.( they have specific option for application more than 6 months) Anyway you may have to wait long before someone can assist you as generally it takes 25-40 minutes. I moved home after submitting the application, receiving the ACK letter and finishing the Biometric registration. It's now been 5.5 months and I'm still waiting.
