Sponsor replied that 32K is ok for COS and rest of amount will be paid as bonus.

Dear imm expert
I am planning to shift from Tier 2 Dependent to Tier 2 G.
Got job offer of 44K, sponsor is issuing COS for 32K, will it create any problem?

- Going back to home country and applying from there is of no use as opportunity would not be there till that time.

So it means if we got visa after april2011 we cannot switch to T2 G withen country? even if we have new COS from new company?
