Thanks. Checked the process for applying for naturalization.
They ask for life in UK test certificate and knowledge of English language. Those were already proved during ILR application. Do I still need to provide them ?

Hi,

I got my ILR via 5year Tier1 visa route, last year. Now can I directly apply for British passport or do I first need to apply for Naturalization ?

Hi

Looking for list of documents for OCI application for new born, both parent are ILR holders.

Thanks, another question. My baby was born in Kingston (Kingston Upon Thames). The birth certificate mentions the town as "Kingston". In the passport application form should I just mention Kingston or London under Town of birth ?

Applying for wife's ILR. I have got my already, last year.

Found from previous posts. It is Settlement.


But it is very confusing. They ask " Make sure you read and understand the UKVI guidance and know your Tier and Route." So it is not clear whether we should specify current visa Tier or the one we are going to apply for (ILR in my case).
