Only you know the answer to my question, and if you know the answer, and know the rules, you have everything you need. Now I'm just confused - :? - I get that my status is according to the previous visa restrictions. However, previous visa restriction only references term-time/course holiday - my s...

So as my course has finished, are there work restrictions? does it count as out of term time?

My student visa rule; 20 hours term time, and full time during holidays (I guess standard student visa work regulation). I have now completed my PhD, so does that count as non-term time?

Re: Advice 10 year SET(o) Application

I came to the UK 14/08/02 and have been on Student visa's since (University foundation course-Undergraduate-Masters-PhD). My current visa runs out on the 31/12/2012. I have never been refused a visa (UK or anywhere else), and I have not left the country over the allocated days. Possible complicatio...

You can apply for a Subject Access Request (SAR) from UKBA, however as was the case with me, they only had landing card details for the last few years and not my earlier years which is what I was looking for. I'm applying under the 10 year rule, and I don't have my last few passports as my country o...

Good cheap Solicitor

Can anyone recommend a good solicitor(Based in London) to do an ILR based on a 10 year residency that is not going to give me a heart attack when I see the bill?

Could you only recommend if you have used them, or know other that have please :D

Does anyone know if there is a specific reason why an ILR SET(o) application can't be done via a standard PEO?

I still can't get my head over this Super Premium Service fee!

Are you sure you can use the Super Premium service for a 10 year category application? The UKBA website states: 'You can use the super premium service if you are applying to extend your stay in the UK: under Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 4 or Tier 5 of the points-based system; under any immigration category...

Yes, sorry I should have clarified that the location is London, and as for the date - I qualify to apply now, but I don't need to rush, so I have time to wait and get a few people together - as I just can't afford to pay this high premium on my own! If your interested, could you PM me your email and...

Super premium service - want to share?

As you all know, this service costs over £6000 plus the premium service application cost. As my application is under the 10 year category, (and I have no other sensible option) would anyone like to share a slot with me? My understanding is I can have 4 main applicants, and 10 dependents in one slot....
