Hi guys im eligible for Housing assistant payment and im naturalized irish citizens and my wife's citizenship applications is in proccess and she is house wife. if i apply for HAP IS THERE ANY HARM on my wife's citizenship application and does she need to inform the dept as well?

There's nothing to worry about they know all that lot people from outside EU don't have readable passports so tgey they accept them and also naturalization dept won't issue citizenship approval if they have problem with manual passports once they issued all good.

Allah helps you all.
Its not about certain nationals are being blocked its certain visa type and its only Spouses of EU citizens applications its a big load on eu treaty section in dublin.

Just write a letter to visa office with letter from doctor confirming that your wife is pregnant and expected delivery is ........... and your wife need to write letter as well. Status on temporary stamp 4 is simple. They are considering that your parents are depending on u or not. Temporary stamp 4 in my opinion is not eu dependent. If im not mistaken others users might have more info on this question.
