Well give them very strong reason in writing and sone documentation evidence for moving to UK. You not loosing anything even though if visa is refused they might say come back when u have full time visa...and u have to attach temporary stamp 4 letter received from eu treaty show all documents to uk ...

U can but u need Re entry visa and uk visit visa. I think it willl be bad idea to go to UK because temporary stamp is only valid for 6 months and u might not get uk visa because of temporary stamp. Just wait until full 5 years visa in ur passport and then apply uk visa and go..

Yeh its take 4 to 6 months but all depends on luck u might get in 6 or 8 or 10 or 12 weeks and when ur parents or here tell the to apply for EU1 and it cud take 1 or 2 months to get temporary stamp 4 letter from eu treaty its valid for 6 months.

Hi , Guys just chill they will take 5 to 6 months for join spouse visas this time frame is on 99 percent applications. My wife and son visa took 5 months. And EU spouse visa is the same processing time. And they will keep passports with them in consulate until the decision has been made...you can ri...

Dear, Members my wife arrived in ireland on 14/09/15 and registered in GNIB after two days on 16/09/15. And she went to GNIB next day on 17/09/15 to apply for ReEntry visa they said she has to live in ireland for 4 weeks before ReEntry visa is consider my question is....Is that correct?

My wife she is applying for visa can anyone tell me if she need to write a letter regarding her pregnancy we just came to know she is pregnant when she visted doctor in pakistan or if she need a letter from doctor or any other medical report.
