Provide company hierarchy to show your seniority position. Mention how many employees your are leading. If there is any promotion letters, this would be helpful.

Could you please clarify how I could give a comparative view on my position? Could be by showing the positions under my supervision!?

Does anyone know what should be in the company hierarchy?

should I mention positions and names of each employee or just the senior people?

My company has about 80 - 100 employees, does this considered as a large or small company?

exchange rate

The HSMP started in 1/1/2002. The exchanging rate at that time was 5 times less than it is now for example: in 1/1//2002 1GBP = 6.5 now it is 11.5. So, does anyone know if I can claim points in earning section according to the history of exchange rate for more than 2 years. It is totally unfair as m...

I think you have a strong case. if you make a review request, I think you will get the approval, so don't be disappointed. Do it as soon as possible.

Mini,

What was the designation you specified for your senior level experience and was your 5 years experience in different fields or in one field.
Also you may share a sample of the contents of your experience ref letters perhaps we could understand why they did that.
