Thanks for explanation. Is it easier to apply through dependent visa rather than spouse visa? Or I have to apply FLR visa? Any case I can waive English test? [quote="harv"] 1) Your partner in the UK will need either 6 or 12 months Bank statements and Payslips depending on his/her employmen...

Questions on FLR Application

I'm out of UK and my husband has ILR visa. If I applied from Pakistan, I got two questions,

1) How to prove our annual income more than 19k? Payslips in which specified period?

2) I'm not skilled at English test. Which test is the easiest way for me to qualify?

Thanks a lot!

What will happen when ILR bio card expires after 10 years?

It seems it's not clearly stated yet.

Anyone has info on this open issue?

ILR Success @ Croyden

First, I'm grateful for all kind people here and answered the questions nicely. I'd also thank the creator of this website. I went to the Croyden on the noon, went through the security, went upstair, & paid money. When a case work saw me, I turned in documents as I were asked. Surprisingly, P60s...

Could payslips be used as evidence for paid annual leave?

I got several employers in the past years, and it's unlikely to have them all sign on my absences list.

Does anyone know if PEO accepts payslips as evidence for paid annual leave? That could be quite easier.

Do you have any unpaid leaves?

[quote="Arj12345"]
I was quite suprised as absolutely no questions were asked from me even though I was over 180 days (work reasons, evidence given)

How to find the leave dates for absences?

Usually the UK border didnot stamp on passport when you leave. We may have entry dates to other countries. could we take that as our UK leave dates to count absences?

One more question: Is a cover letter necessary?

I've booked my PEO appointment. Is it necessary to prepare a cover letter for apply-in-person as well?

Can anyone advise? How to fill SET(O) section 5?

In the case of T1 to ILR, if I own a house by mortgage, should I show them any evidence on this?

I'm going to bring my mortgage contract and house-buying contract with me. Should I also show my bank statement for mortgage repayment as well?

Did anyone encounter a trouble in this section?

Please help! Question about 180 days

I have 235 days absence, and among them 15 days were unpaid when I changed job. Will this be a problem?

I've asked all my employers stated that I had no unpaid leave. But these 15 days were unemployed somehow. Any strategy to make my situation easier?

Is employer letter necessary for WP+T1 to ILR

Checked SET(O) but didn't find it's necessary to show employer letter. Have I missed any keypoints?

In my case, my current work contract will expire in October. Could it be a problem If I apply in August?
