Applying from UK

I currently hold a Leave to Remain for 2 more years. Do I still need to fill out FLR(HSM) when applying? As far as I understand, FLR(HMS) gives me leave to remain for 1 year only.

If the answer is yes, then which documents should my wife, who is on the same leave to remain, submit?
