Re: child born in uk

Hi wpilr_nov12 understand ur point quite clearly, what he means is Raju that if u want to include the child or not is upto the individual applying for ilr bearing in mind that there would be travel difficulties in case of emergencies, so the whole point of the entire family having a PEO appointment ...

very good point i must say, u r absolutely right thank u very much One reason why there are more scary stories coming out of Croydon is the volume of 'not straightforward' they come across, and as a result need to go through the rigours of UKBA. Other PEOs simply refer you to Croydon, thus maintaini...

my sentiments exactly, just wanted to confirm this from other members of the forum thank u very much I would still suggest Croydon as it's the HO of UKBA and they have senior case workers which other PEOs don't have. Also they (Croydon) can handle complicated application while other PEOs sometimes d...

Re: Have problem reschedule appointment online

hi I think u need to calculate the 28 day qualfying period from date of entry clearance and not issue of visa date, but it can also differ case to case, the best way to clarify this is call ukba on their 0870 number, it is a bloody long hold though. also for booking 5th oct, did u try 23rd midnight?...

Hey that good to know, but has your employer been in touch with the ukba regarding this, as i have been doing a bit of digging myself and it reflects that this point can be treated as a refusal reason. Has anyone in this forum been granted ILR under similar circumstances? would love to know if u hav...
