Schengen visa needed?

Hi I am an non eea national on UK permanent residence. My husband is French. We are travelling to Paris together and I am not sure if I need a schengen visa. We travelling to Paris for 4 days on 13th August. I guess I have left it too late to apply for one. Please advise if j need a visa?

Thank you. Having read this, it clearly states it for migrants who are looking to work or study in UK. As mentioned, Iam a spouse of a eea national holdingo a permanent residence card am I still to certify that I can speak English?

Thanks. I have already read through these links. I hold a permanent residence as I am spouse of a european but am a non eea and do not fall in any of the categories for the point based system.and have been in continuous employment last 8 years. Confused - pls advise

HI

My mom in law got her french citizenship while residing in India in 1991.
Her indian passport expired in 1984. She did not surrender her EXPIRED indian passport.

She now wants to apply for her OCI.
