I recently got my ilr on the 5 th of this month.....my baby was born here in july this year....i did not register her anywhere as was waiting for my ilr application...now when i am filling MN1 form there is a column asking for her present nationality...We are from india...my wife is still on dependa...

Hi, we had our first child last month(in UK) and i will have my ILR next month(fingers crossed!!).. I have been advised to apply straight for british passport rather than indian and then ILR etc by various solicitors. Is this possible or i have to apply for indian passport first?? Speeding "fine" - ILR issues- please help

Hi, My ILR is due shortly and came to know that it would be risky if one has unspent speeding fine by court. My speeding offence (SP30) happened back in 2008 when i had Indian passport and there was no other way but to go to court and pay the fine (60pounds) and 3 points as constabulory didn't accep...
