Re: Travel outside UK while MN1 is under processing?

1. There is no such rule that you can't travel. 2. No 3. Do a Royal Mail redirection or give your 'friend' a key to check your mail. Bear in mind that mail redirection can delay post by up to 3 weeks. If I understand correctly Home office approval letters will be special delivery and needs signatur...

I have got my ILT through WP+ tier 2 ICT.
I have got 12 months salary slip attested by company, but only submitted 6 months.
I think 6 months minimum is required, but you need to have 12 months salaryslip with you in case CW asks for it.

Submit your passport and BRP card along with your dependents application, they will return all documents after decision on application.

I haven't taken any photo copies of any documents for self and dependent application.

Photo copies is not mandatory.

You can write "Annual Leave".
If you are getting employer letter for the absence, include country you visited.
I am not sure, under which category you are applying for ILR.

My Wife's visa was valid till Jan 2014. Visa validity doesn't matters as long as your dependent are eligible for ILR.
Hope I answered your question.

Thanks again Ishwarch. One last thing is regarding your absences which was well within the allowed 180 days per 12 months continous period. Mine is similiar as yours. So is it mandatory to submit an employer letter in this case? I have only the pay slips & bank statements for periods of absence...

I don't think there will be any issue. My wife had 300 + 330 days absence in 5 years and we got ILR. I got ILR through WP+Tier2 route (initially) and then I applied for my dependents, as I had 165 days single absence. Everything went really smooth, no questions asked. I only submitted birth certific...

No need to carry WP documents, but for backup keep it in a seperate folder. CW will not ask. Keep it simple and make folder with label, helps them to complete your application quickly. I got ILR through WP+Tier 2 ICT. I had given the following. 1. Set(O) (1 Folder) 2. UKBA payment confirmation lette...

Keep salary slip and bank statement for the absence period and produce only when asked for. It is highly unlikely that CW will ask for it given it is well below the allowed limit. You will be fine . All the best ! Hi - As per my understanding for WP holders need to show the employer letter to state...
