Re: English Language Requirement-ILR- Qualifications

Thanks a lot Casa for prompt response. I meant to ask which degrees, diplomas, that meet English requirements such as MBA, and so on.

Is there a link or list as which educational qualifications meet this required English Language requirement?

Re: Long residence SET ILR (10 years route)

Ahshikh What advice you received from solicitors on your case? As advised by other members if your 2nd application was not refused, if it was pending, you varied to other categories then it should be fine. I did quick search to find similar case but can not find any where 2nd application was refused...

I agree with Anna about Interview part, there is no mentioning of interview in your refusal? What was interview for as Home Office could have refused you without interview?

What is your timeline and are you on £50k or £200k?

You said you are waiting since 5 months for decision on your application and yet this is your first entry on the forum unless of course if you have another ID.

Re: I asked for an SAR 100 days have passed

I have also requested SAR and got acknowledgement letter but still within 40 days.

Letter says we can complain to some sort of ombudsman or information department. There should be someone to push HO as 6 months is way too much wait, writing to MP might help.

Hello Casa,

Thank you for sharing this guidance.

Please don't mind but honestly, gone through some pages on this lengthy document and too much to take in and understand.

All at the moment I wanted to know who can apply for FLRFP and who should apply for FLRO. If anyone knows, please let me know.

This delay on outcome of interviews could be part of the reason that HO wants to keep it tight on interview decisions so candidates/solicitors have no idea what actually is this named genuine test. They possibly plan to interview majority and then clear in bulk with Decisions granted/refused. After ...

Re: 6 month short in ILR

No harm in trying and 6 months is not a lot. Many here have done this way.

OP has no easy option to get visa to get valid leave for 6 months. Even ILR applications are taking 6 months to process. OP can apply 28 days before 10 years of being in UK.

Need little bit of luck.
