Have you already got the extension approved? I am sure HO will contact them. The documents submitted are all true and genuine and i don't know why they can't just pick up the phone.

What is your problem with the extension?

The problem with HO is that the lack of training and paper is just paper for them. They don't consider that it is really real human being that is behind the written application. In my situation is that I have submitted everything and only that they are unable to confirm the start dates of employment...

Hi. yes, Employment contracts and confirmed letter from accountant would show the details. The payslip would not show when the employee was started the job.
