I have my acknowledge letter and Bio done long time ago, just haven't had news on my visa.

Will be able to contact them in 2 weeks time but I wonder what they can tell you.

I applied 20/3 and no News at all

Anyone tried calling Home Office for status update after waiting for 6+ months? What would they tell you?

I sent in my SET(O) application on 20/03/12 and accroding to the confirmation letter my application is on 22/03/12
