I have recently receives my ILR on long term basis.

I checked my documents and found that ukba did not send me my old biometrics card.

Is this normal do ukba keep the expired bio metric cards.

I just checked my acknowledgement letter from ukba and it clearly states that the ukba aims to complete 99% of applications with in six months but on the web site it states 95% within six months.
