Re: Due to apply for ILR as spouse but now have a baby

Thank you so much for your reply, very reassuring to know we are still on the right path! The wording of Section 3 is really confusing me. I had read it that it was only for children that are also applying for the visa. Would we also complete Q3.1 to 3.3 as well? And for Q3.6 our baby does not have ...

Due to apply for ILR as spouse but now have a baby

Hi everyone My husband will soon be applying for ILR as a spouse of a person present and settled in the UK (that would be me, I'm a British Citizen from birth). We are under the 5 year route and both previous visas (LLR and FLR) were both granted as spouse. But now we have a baby, who was born here ...

Hi There The UKBA website states "You can apply for your visa within three months of your intended date of travel. We are only able to post-date visas by a maximum of three months from the date of the decision on your visa application." Which I think is crazy given that in some places it can take ...

I recently had success with marriage visa :D

By the time I had searched through this and other forums I ended up with a huge folder full of evidence for everything. So I have faith that if you have nothing to hide and provide as much evidence as you can you will be fine.

Good luck! :D

Do you have letters of support from friends/family that could state that they believe you are living together in a loving relationship.

What about birthday and christmas addressed to you both?

The online form is very easy to fill in, and if you don't have all of the information to hand, you can save the form and login again, but you only have 7 days between logins otherwise the form you have started is deleted. It is based on the paper form with the same questions, but make sure you read ...

Hi There All of my documents either from me, employer or landlord, have addressed letters 'To whom it may concern'. Otherwise I have mentioned UKBA as they are the people reading it, right. I should add that I have not submitted yet either so can't say whether this has been sufficient. Hope that ...

Appendix 2 online?

Hi everyone
My soon to be husband and I will be applying for his spouse visa online, but I am unsure about whether the appendix 2 is also online or whether that is just handed in along with all of other documents. Can anyone advise?

Thanks in advance
