I called Home Office a couple of days back and they mentioned that the package is dispatched. Any idea how long it takes to receive the docs once they have been dispatched?

That's wonderful news Set0 and Wheresmyilr.

I have also applied on 21st Dec 2012 as Tier1 (2+3) holder. Hopefully, my application is also being processed and will arrive shortly.

Can anyone else confirm they have received their ILR?

Thanks everyone for their updates. Anyone is aware of a way to expedite the applications that are under consideration for more than 6 months? I heard that we can approach our local MP. Does anyone know of the actual process?

I have applied in 3rd week of December, still waiting. 2 people I know have recently received ILR, both waited around 7 months and that seems to be the average waiting time right now. December ...

Is there anyone who has applied in December using SET(O) or SET(M) and whose ILR application is successful?? I don't see any post on this topic since long and I'm getting a bit edgy as it's almost 5 months since I applied.

Thanks for your comments. The wisdom of checking with a call centre person is you would expect them to know the process and if they are not qualified, they shouldn't be there in the first place. Moreover, I need to make a 250 mile roundtrip for my PEO appointment and wanted to make sure it's not in ...

On what visa did you enter the UK??
