Excuse me, but in my opinion, the baby certificate can be an additional evidance of spouse's relationship, am I right? :)
But unfortunately, this document is not permitted in the HSMP guidance... It's strange, I think...

If I want to receive points for the qualified spouse, whether that in case of the positive decision we should arrive to UK together at once or he can join me later, for example, after I shall find work?
