Does it really say "transparent"? I dont remember it did.
I simply cut a normal sized envelope into half, put tape on the size and used it. Worked for me.

My letter said exactly the same thing and i had the questions but i received my BRP 2-3 days after the approval.

You only need to tick the section relevant to you. Got my BRP around 3 weeks ago. I have just realized that the nationality says 'PAKISTAN' instead of 'PAKISTANI'.

I know it will be expensive but if i were you i would definitely apply for the child. There is also the subtle technicality that once you are on ILR then basically you are not on Tier1 and thus child is not technically a Tier 1 dependant. This might cause some issues too as i have read in some posts...
