Hi Greenie,

Are you sure? because i thought FLR(M) will be used for dependants if the main applicant has already got ILR. One of my friends is in the same situation and she will be applying soon so please do reply.

Cheers.

Re: Cohabitation Evidence: Overseas Residence Address

Hi, Haven’t found a post that covers this topic, so the new post. Have a PEO appointment first week of Feb 2013. If you cannot answer all 5 questions, then please answer at least Q1 and Q2 as they are critical to my application. If docs in Q1 and Q2 (to an extend) cannot be used then I'm in deep tr...

It depends on what type of visa he currently holds and what type of holidays they were. For work permit route it is mandatory to provide reasons/evidence for all holidays outside of UK. For Tier 1 General it is mandatory to provide reasons/evidence for compassionate leave, but it is not required to ...

Re: English test and life in the UK test. Please help. ILR

Hi. Please advise as we are very confused here if we need to do those tests or not. My husband (Tier 1 at the moment) and I (tier 1 dependent) are applying for ILR next Jan 2014. My husband never had to proof his English for tier 1 or tier 1 extension before as he got his PhD in the UK. I was never...

As per my understanding you have 2 options: 1. You and your wife can both apply ILR on or after 25th march using SET(O). As uksettlement mentioned 28 day period applies to the main applicant only and your wife will have to complete full 2 years. 2. If you apply before 25th then you can apply for ILR...

Your case is very similar to my own. To answer your questions: 1. Your wife can apply with you for indefinite leave on the same application form because she has been with you for more than 2 years. You will have to provide cohibition documents for 2 years. 2. You do not have to apply visa for your s...

For cohibition proof you have to provide 6 letters from 3 different sources. I am not sure if payslips can count as a cohibition proof (please check) but if they can then you are covered i.e, payslips + statement bank 1 + statement bank 2. Try to include some other documents like utility bills or co...

do we need to copy passport stamps bofore last 5 years?

For HSMP+T1G the passport pages copies must be provided.
Do we need to also copy the pages with stamps or visas before the last 5 years qualification period?

In my experience only new appointments are release at night which means every day there are appointments released for 1 day which lies 6 weeks in future. If your visa expires on 18 feb then i think it is unlikely you will see any appointments of your use at midnight. I wouldn't even check at midnigh...
