Re: EEA PR refused as not enough evidence of working...

Thanks qman and secret.simon. They say 3 times "your sponsor". Going to send sponsors p60s and latest payslip, so covers Apr 2012 to July 2018. Jun 2013 to July 2018 joint bank statements. Jun 2014 to Mar 2018 council tax. 2012 marriage certificate. April 2013 child school letter. Jun 2013...

Re: EEA PR refused as not enough evidence of working...

Thanks secret.simon. Well I provided evidence for 5 years, they just moved the 5 years by 7 months... They have my contact details, so a letter, call or email to say "Please provide an extra 7 months of evidence" would of been easy enough. Seems they just want another £65 out of me. Would ...

EEA PR refused as not enough evidence of working...

Applied for EEA PR in February, refused letter came today :( . But seems a simple provide more evidence scenario. "As evidence your sponsor has been exercising treaty rights you provided 2012-2017 p60s. Apart from the marriage certificate Aug 2012 the next piece of evidence is your residence ca...

PR application, 5 years of pieces of paper really necessary?

They ask for bank statements, surely they call the bank to verify. Same for council tax, call and verify. And same for p60s, call the company or HMRC and verify.

So why ask for physical documents that can be faked?

After EEA2 trying to sort out PR form, include daughter or wait?

Summary of the situation: I'm British born, lived here all my life, but also have an Italian passport. Married Brazilian wife in August 2012. Sent off EEA2 application. March 2013 she received residence card of a family member of an EEA national (expires March 2018). April 2013 her daughter (now 19)...

EEA2 overstayer

In the process of filling in the EEA2 application form as I'm married to an EEA. I'm an overstayer by 1.5 years, will the border agency keep my passport or refuse the application based on this?

Thanks for the help

EEA self sufficiency - section 9

If I understand the EEA form correctly, I only need to fill in my details, my partners details, but then section 6 or section 9 or both?

I have a £30K job and savings, so I'm self sufficient and can use that to get the residence card?

Thanks

How long would I have to work or study to qualify?

She had a tourist visa which ran out last year, what problem if any would we encounter at the airport if we were to go to Brazil and apply for this other visa?

Worked or studied in Italy. It appears that your partner doesn't qualify for EU treatment, unless you were to live in another EU country for a period and work there. As it stands, she has to apply for Entry Clearance (a spouse settlement visa) in Brazil, having met all of the necessary requirements...

Even though you have Italian citizenship, have you only ever lived in the UK as a British Citizen? The definition of “EEA national” has been amended in light of the ECJ judgment in McCarthy, which confirmed that the provisions of the Directive are not applicable to an EEA national who has never exe...

Illegally here, how do you become legal?

I'm half English/Italian, I met a Brazilian who is illegal, been together 1 year and just got married. Having looked on the internet I believe we just need to apply for a EEA Residence Permit? and then my partner is legal. I've a good job, savings and this isn't a sham marriage, so is this the right...
