Rather than waiting for someone to challnge the decesion, we should do it. I am dicussing case with my lawyer and we intend to challenge requirment of earning over 30k again when applying for ilr.(im on tier 1 genral). Hi, I got tier 1 for 2 years in 2010 had to earn 35k in recession. In 2012 again same rules had to earn 35k. Now i received 3 year tier 1 visa. When i apply for ILR do i need to show earns of 35 k AGAIN? It is bit unfair as all of us who once complete 5 years should be given ilr without going throug...

Use postal orders. Athough you will pay fees for getting postal order, they are sage. Clears immediatly and they are guranteed to clear :)

NINO on pay slip

Hi,
i dont get pay slips so my emplyer has done print out of pay slips. They are on headed paper and signed. HOWEVER; they dont show my nino! as it is print screen!! I have asked them for new one but they are stubborn and not giving me.

Do you think pay slip without nino will be accpetable?

My friend went for appt at Sheffiled. Simple case(emp+self emp).
They said they need to do further enquiries.
Is it common now with them tightening immigration?

There was employer lib insurence requirement in tier 1. Now i am going for an extension and i cant see it. Do i still need employer liability insurance?
