I got a 2.1 but its from uel the lowest of universities and most employers want a lot of ucas points as well now so i want to go back and do them i'm actually thinking of doing a btec national diploma so what is the chance of my visa application being rejected.

Changes to long term residence

hello everybody,

I just heard when you apply for long term residence after 10 years legal stay you will not be granted that if you have been here as a student. Also I heard that the home office is thinking about changing the rules and making it to 12 is that true as well.

Is it really true that home office application charges are going upto £750 pounds in august 2004 jesus how greedy can you get squeezing all this money outta immigrants £250 was bad enough £750 is a huge amount I don't think most students earn that in 2 or 3 months what a rip
