Re: EUSS for extended family

@Kash143 After reading, it seems you have applied for EEA family permits for your mother, brother and sister-in-law. I'm not surprised that they have issued those letter in respect of you brother and sister in law as a lot of people are getting the same worded letters. They should have considered yo...

Re: EUSS for extended family

Dear Obie You are right as they EXACTLY know what they are doing. But questions still remain about how they are going to put it right. As you mentioned in the withdrawal agreement, they are under obligation to facilitate the entry once the appeal is allowed, as there are hundreds of people in limbo....

Re: Future of EEA family permit holder

Dear Forum member

As suggested, an escalation was requested in respect of the return of the remaining passport and the given time frame has lapsed. I wonder what else can be done to expedite the return of the passport.
Thanks

No, I have not received any response from HO as of yet.
Have you received any response related to your application?
I'm curious what sort of visa they would issue as EEA FP are not valid any more ?
Thanks

From the information provided, they all applied before the 31st of December 2021 as it is stated that their application was made January 2020 and that they appealed the decision which was granted. In this case, they are cover under the withdrawal agreement as their EEA permit was granted basis on t...

That is insane, once the appeal is allowed; it clearly states that previous decision has been overturned. Why they took almost 2 months to put the vignette on the passport!!!!!

This is a very challenging scenario.
OP did say that he is Eu national but did not specify the nationality as some EU NATIONALS treated in a different way.

Re: Entry into UK

Thanks for such a detailed answer and it seems you have answered my question.
To be more specific, the applicant EUSS FM is valid till the March 2021.
The question is entering into the UK.
Can the applicant enter into the United Kingdom in the January 2021 and still able to apply for EUSS?
Thanks
