Kindly advise us what documentary evidence you submitted in order to prove the dependency.
What was the scale of your dependency ?
Were you fully dependent for the whole period of 5 years ?

Judgment was delivered by the Polish district court in in the divorce case.

1) what is the time frame for the decree to be issued?

Again it is a very strange and unique approach when it comes to Irish citizens. I consider the point you made, however, you would be surprised that kids born to Irish citizens are qualified to become the British citizen regardless of the status of the parents under the EUSS

Choose any option from the loser that you find more relevant and explain in th cover letter.
In these days they are trying to find any possible excuse in the book to refuse people.

If you read letter carefully;it states very clearly that travelling out is not advisable unless the EUSS family permit is valid.
