Re: Amended Returns and Citizenship

Thanks again noajthan. I did read this document and it is very high level especially for people who are employed. I read another document (link below) which suggests that HMRC records are only checked for some requests only. https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/...

Re: NCS without appointment on Saturday

Is there any council in the London area that provides nationality checking service on a saturday without having a prior booking. If I want to get an appointment for tomorrow, is there any chance? I do not have a booking. Can I just go sit there in the hope that they will take me? Regards, No chance...

I think this rule will not be applicable for me as I used theAN from from last October where there was no instruction about returning the BPR. Do let us know when you...

Hi all, I got my certificate last Friday. 5 Days passed- DIDN'T return BRP. Let's see what happens. :) I still strongly believe that I do not need to return it because of the following: 1) I understand that I need to respect all rules and law which I always do. I don't believe that this new rule is...

No there is no difference in the processing times in applying through NCS or directly. However i would always recommend using NCS as you get to keep your original documents including your passport which can be used to travel in an emergency.
