Re: STAMP 4 (5 Year Approvels) in March April and May 2016

Hi, sorry for the delay in replying. I only had access via my phone over the weekend and I'm not the fastest on those tiny keyboards. I just want to say I have no agenda or reason to make things up. I have been a user on here on and off for a couple of years and have asked questions about my situati...

Re: STAMP 4 (5 Year Approvels) in March April and May 2016

I am a British Citizen and I applied on EU1A forms for my non EEA defacto partner and three children early March. I waited the 12-14 weeks and didn't get anything so emailed INIS and got the standard reply about delays etc. I then read on here that it would possibly be a further 8 weeks for acknowle...

Re: St.4:Waiting for an answer from EU Treaty Rights for 5mo

Hi Nikola We are in a similar place. The Eu Treaty Rights department seem to be in complete disarray. I would fear that taking a heavy line with them would result in unfavourable treatment though. I personally think it would be a bit of a risk to travel whilst waiting for a temporary stamp with an e...

Re: GNIB Registration/EU1A Applications

Hi Obie Many thanks for the response. Re the dependant children, what are they actually looking for? We have birth certs which are proof of their mother but I don't have anything else. We didn't claim child benefit in the UK as I was earning too much but I paid for all of their keep, holidays, schoo...

GNIB Registration/EU1A Applications

After 4 months we have, at last, had acknowledgement of our EU1A Permitted Family Member applications for my defacto partner and children. However, the following suggests to me that I still cannot apply to GNIB for registration:- "The grant of temporary permission to reside in the state will no...

Re: Only EU PERMITTED family member update their status here

Just a question out of hope more than anything.
I missed a delivery yesterday which was a letter by registered post. Do INIS send their post this way?
The reason I ask is that I checked the tracking number online and it was from a post office close to their offices.

Re: how long INIS taking on EU1 spouse application

Too long. Shoddy, amateur and disgraceful service that is totally unacceptable.

I am still waiting for any kind of acknowledgement since early March.

Re: EU Treaty Rights, Form EU1, Stamp4, Irish? Can anyone he

The EU treaty Rights department appear to be in a right mess at the minute. I am British and claimed EU Treaty Rights on EU1A for my non EEA partner and children back in March and I am still waiting for any kind of response. They initally said 12-14 weeks but this has since passed and any emails to ...

Re: Moving to Ireland

Ok that's great. I'd have hated to have wasted all that time and effort to be told I didn't need to do all that.

Thanks for the swift response.

Moving to Ireland

Hi I am a British citizen by birth and my (unmarried) partner is a non EEA national but she has a UK residence card as a family member of an EEA National that expires in July 2016. She also doesn't need a Visa to enter Ireland. I am moving next month to be near my father, who has become rather frail...

Re: Unmarried Partner (Non EEA)

That's my fear to be honest but don't know if the situation is able to be resolved in anyway whilst she is still in the country.

Maybe not.

Unmarried Partner (Non EEA)

Hi I am looking for a bit of advice please before appointing lawyers as I don't want to waste their time or my money if it is a non starter. I am a British Citizen by birth and have been living with a non EEA national for the past 15 months. She currently has an EU residency card issued in the uk th...

Separation/New relationship Family Member EEA RC

Good afternoon everyone. I have been browsing this site and what a fantastic source of information it is. My current girlfriend is in a failed relationship under the above residence card as an unmarried person in a durable relationship. This was granted in July 2011 but she has been living with her ...
