Then I called again (I could have simply paid the appointment fee rather wasting my money for a 08 number :D ) and chos...

ILR Short of 5 Months

Hi
I got my EC on 11 Dec 2007 and entered UK by 18 May 2008. I'm short of around 5 months of 5 years for ILR. Is there any chance I can apply for ILR now? or should I renew my visa one more time and wait until mid of next year? Please advise.

Thanks.
