Could you guys please give me a big favor?

Would it be possible for someone to write down what the approval letter states? I know it asks for 950 Euros and 2 Photos, I want to know what else it asks for.

My family friend got her invitation letter for the August ceremony.

She applied in Feb 2013 , on the basis of marriage to Irish citizen.

Her husband is a naturalized Irish citizen. His application took around 3.5 years to process.

From my personal experience, processing time is 4 weeks if you apply by post. Its 2 weeks if you walk down to embassy (personally) and submit all the required docs and completed application form.

Generally:
By post = 20 Working days
In Person = 10 Working days

No of attendees is decreasing, while the gap between the ceremonies is increasing. Not certain how it will justify the effort to bring the processing time to 6 months and clearing the backlog.

I called the LTR department and answer was YES.

YES if you completed 5 years, including green card and the stamp 4s which u get after your green card is expired or finished.
