Is Paternity Leave a public fund (£108.85 for a week)?

I am here in UK on HSMP visa from the last 2 years. I am eligible to take up to 2 weeks - 3 days at your basic rate of pay with the remainder, should you choose to take it, paid at the statutory rate of £108.85 per week. I am eligible to take £108.85 for a week or should take the unpaid leaves? Thanks

Wait for 4 months else you have to spend £335. Make a separate passport for a child and apply for the visa in August.

1) Go to the EC in December and request them to stamp the visa after 1-2 months. There is no need to travel within 90 days. You can come to uk within an year.

2) better to apply b/w 10-20th December

3) check you local embassy for visa fee
