Not a problem.

Try to get your application postmarked by next Monday at the latest; if it's after that, you'll have the extra burden of taking an English test in order to qualify.

I want to use this Witness Statement in the Court to make the IND rescind the record of overstaying on my file. This is a very important issue which will enable me to submit a fresh application If the IND decides that you are in breach right now, your witness statement will have no value. The fact ...

Absolutely. But they claimed they never had it. I am going to have to think this one over for a bit, I can't imagine where they would hold on to a passport for 6 years... For the nonce, you might wish to consider getting a new passport from the American Embassy, reporting yours as lost. In all even...

Re: Bad immigration advice and Home Office administrative de

I was waiting and I am still waiting, after 6 years already. Except for one thing... In 2002 when I was trying to contact the Immigration via my local MP (after several other attempts have failed) they said that they never had any application from me and I was classed as an overstayer subject to re...

Never mind the delay of the HSMP, let us go ahead and apply for the dependent visa. Thanks be to God for the job I got at xxxxxx, which I am enjoying. You will be surprised how fast I am settling in at work although I can’t cope with the loneliness at home without you around, Spalding has been very...

It will be water tight, thanks to your help colleagues To be fully "water tight" on accomodation, you will need to include the statement from her council EHO that the flat is suitable. That, and the rest of the things mentioned make it "water tight". While the ECO is free to dis...

Re: Disaster

Is Decree Nisi sufficient for application purposes? or does it HAVE to be the Absolute?? :?: Decree Absolute is not required. The ECO needs to be reasonably comfortable that your divorce will be completed within the 6 month fiance period. In the ideal case, one of the attachments to her application...

AN Form question about passports
