Any update on this issue? do we need to apply for new EEA family permit? or still, you allow to use residence card after 2 years outside the UK.

Thanks for the reply.I am planning to return to london when my new born (french national)will be around 3 months.so that means I can apply for oci directly instead of applying exit visa and oci. Is that right?

EXIT VISA OR OCI FOR NEW BORN FRENCH NATIONAL IN INDIA

Hi,
I am french national planning to have my delivery in India.My question is

1. Can I apply for oci directly or i should apply for exit visa first?
2. Is the presence of new born in the immigration office is mandatory in India?

Any help would be much appreciated
