I mean if you are switching from tier 4 you are exempt of labour market test, however you don't have to be employed by your company for 6 months?

What sort of emails are we getting?
We applied for unrestricted and were still getting notifications that we need to reapply (but we never intended to) for allocation of restricted cos
I think they do it automatically as it is the end of the year?

sorry for sounding annoying but i am qualified for NQL 6 as I've ot master's, but we can't find my job title on the Occupation codes of practice..at all..it is similar to some of them but different at the same time Just go to the one that resembles your job the closest. When you fill in the application for COS and you need to provide the start date.
Do you put in the future date or do we out in the actual date I started working in the company?
I worked here on a student visa part-time and intending to switch to full-time?

When we applied, we did put in that we need 1 COS, but now they are saying that it was uncler which one (restricted or unrestricted)
We applied on June 26th.

just a thought...
everyone posts here that they keep gettiing relies that the agency is dealing with april applications..do you think it can be because immigration rules has actually changed after 6 or 5 april?
