Visitor visa

Maybe anyone have faced that sort of case...
If you wat to come to the uk not as a tourist but to see your boyfriend who is here, and you ask for 6 months visa, you plan to stay 2-3 months at a time, can there be issues with that?

Second sponsored job, is a labor market test required?

Hi guys, if you know, please advise.....terribly confused...
I know that if you are swithching from a tier 4 general, you are exempt of labor market test for a year, but is it just for 1 job?

No we didn't
When we couldn't get the allocation we were in touch with somebody, and that person said to email them straight away as soon as we put the request through
We emailed saying that we just applied for allocation and it is for the person who's visa expires on the 18th

I can't remember where i saw about joint bank account..
However, if you have a bunch on email to individual names but same address, how do you prove that you are in relationship and not just flatmates?

Spouse visa - financial commitments

Hi guys
I've heard so much on that and different lawyers say different things.
For the unmarried spouse visa do you HAVE to have joint bank account to proove that relationship is genuine or utility bills will be enough?

Thank you
