Re: Tier 2 general

Hi all,
I applied for my Tier 2 in-country extension on 24/01/2016 (online). I completed my biometrics within 6 days. The processing time for an online application is 8 weeks. 8 weeks has passed by and I have not received any news from them.
What would you suggest I do?

Salary Requirements for Tier 2

Hi All,

My company has already applied for Sponsorship Licence. My visa runs out in Early Feb 2013.

I am working as a Human Resource Manager in my organisation. What will be my SOC code?

If my salary is £21.000 per annum, how much can be the accommodation allowance?

Please advise.

Hi jibri, One of the documents was an audited account from our accountant. We are a small organisation with less than 100 employees. If we submit a fresh application with an urgent treatment request, what are our chances of getting the licence early as my visa runs out on 10/02/2012 and UKBA will be...

Hi All,

My question to all of you applying for Tier 2 extension is do you have to show that you are being paid over 20,000/annum. i.e., 20,000/12= £1666 / month approx on your wage slips??? what if you get around 1200 -1300 / month after taxes, does it indicate a problem?
