SOC code as Kevin said has to match the closest to ur job and make sure u put teh correct one if it has changed from 6th Apr.. Since your dependants have completed 2 yrs they can apply with you.. Thanx alanwong. No my child was not born in UK. I got confused with Set(F) which says its for a child under 18 as below. You can apply for settlement using form SET(F) if you are: a child aged under 18 of a parent, parents or a relative who is a permanent resident of the UK and currently living here;

Thnx Kevin. Just to understand further since we are giving the bank statements which shows salary credit is it necessary to get them attested.

Only worry is employer will ask 100 qns before giving them. I can ask saying its for loan etc but dint want to unless its absolutely necessary.Pls advise.

@alanwong; Thanks for pointing that out. I missed it. That sounds great. I will also try calling them if I dont get the P60s from my employer for those periods.But I had asked this explicitly to teh guy from HMRC when i called and he was certain that without the NI number he cant trace back to the previous years. Thanks anyways.
