As per rules you are supposed to provide evidences that you were staying together with ur husband for 2 years. Not sure if the maternity absence will be considered in your favor.Worth checking with settlementopspolicy@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

@desiboys: Providing absence letter from employer is always good to support ur absence. However the key thin here is that you had applied for extension outside UK and that you were not on UK payroll for more than a month. If you can prepare yourself with proper justification you will be fine.

As per my understanding as far as the bank statements are not internet copies you dont need the bank attestation.. Otherwise you do need it!

I had got a employer letter but they dint agree to mention abt the break was for official reasons/annual leave..but luckily CW didnot ask abt it.. :)
