hi f2k,
For kid's passport application, have you provided the parent's foreign passport except child's birth cetificate and registration certificate of citizenship? When I made enquiry to IPS, they advised to provide registration certificate of citizenship and parent's passport wtih ILR.

Our accplication was refused by NCS as there is no referees in spite of bringing the email from HO. Am wondering whether to send the application to HO directly. Not sure will I lose the applcation fee.

I doubt it was about whether they were less strict. According to the guidance notes for the caseworker, good character requirement and referees is only required for 10years onwards. yhdyhd I also did not supply pictures. I had them with me but they werent asked for and i didnt offer. I think as mentioned before by others, is that this application under section 1(3) (and under 3(2)) is for entitlement and is treated more 'favourably' than the others which are like naturalisatio...

hi Yes the IO told me that as my visa was extended in 2006 so he wants to see my financial activity from 2006 till now. I have heard that they want to see the economic activity from last extension. it looks that's true. But since your are 1+3+3 of HSMP, you should get hsmp approval around beginning...

I guess it is not that the parliament doesn't have time for the bill. It is the home office who can not produce the complete draft. They are confused by their own stupid ideas. 8)
