Today is the end of the year.

My Christmas gift turned to Refusal. Still thinking of what next to do.

Told i can appeal but must be outside the UK, but the point is i am not ready to leave the UK for any reason. Hell NO WAY! :(

My application is refused. reason is: i've not spend 20 yrs in UK. ?

I can appeal but i cant appeal while in UK.

They said i will be fine in my home country.

What should i do now since they said i cant appeal in UK?

Does the UKBA send application outcome status to applicant by email? Anyone ever experience it? @Ale stop driving yourself crazy. They have dispatched it and you should have it by mid next week. Just relax and wait no one is going to deliver anything by email as am sure that is what the letter said...
