NHS for EEA family member

Hi,

I am german national, my mother in law got a EEA family permit to visit us. She got 6 months permit. During her stay, she is eligible to enroll for GP and NHS treatement?.

The banker do not understand about EEA3 and EEA4. They want to see at least couple of years residence permit on your passport (Non EU national). Its worth to try with Halifax. The better option is to get mortgage on the name of EU national.

Dear All,

My wife is trying for the job but she was not successful so far. Meanwhile she started taking private tuition for German learners few hours in a week. Is it possible she can register as self employed person that will count towards treaty rights.

Hi

Hi Guru,

I have already spend about 4 years and 5 months in UK , I plan to apply for a EEA4 in next year. I am worried about the changes in law. I am just confused I need to mention about the caution in the application form. But they only ask details for criminal convictions.

Thanks for your info's. Today I called HO, to get an answer for my question, the adviser tole me, there are no working hours prescribed for the eea nationals. As long as she works, that will be fine.
