Any alternative then? It will be really difficult if he go back to the Philippines while he is the one providing for his family, my sister needs him to be here as they have a child who is British as well. There is must be another way? Will the HO will deport him?

Hi mkhan,

The problem is in my sister’s case, she didn’t exercised her treaty rights, apart from she just worked for 8 months. Not student, jobseeker, nor comprehensive sickness insurance, Is applying for another EEA2 (5 years) will be more sensible for her case?

Thank you cr007, I was born in the Philippines and got my citizenship by descent, do my kid's need PRC before they can apply for Naturalisation? So after my wife gets her PRC she can apply for Naturalisation? Wow thanks for the good news! I'm so relieved.
