just want to ask is there any restriction for a someone holding a visitors visa opening an account in U.K?
is there anychance also that she can get a NI(national insurance).

Ive been to U.K last year stayed for 4 months(holding a visit visa),I find my stay in U.K very memorable thats why Im planning to go back this coming august.
