thanks. Can the permit be received by persons in the address other than the BRP holder ?

Do the permit need to be delivered in my presence or any occupant in the my residence can receive it on my behalf ?

anyone can advise on this matter for applicant spending most of the time outside UK & intended to renew the Tier 1 General
